Drop Tmac and pick up Monta?

Tmac is starting to drive me nuts...I can't count on him to play a full week worth of games. I need a gaurd that can score and provide good FG and FT%. Monta is on the wire...should I pick him up and drop Tmac?

I wouldnt drop Tmac if i had him. Hes been working out pretty hard and looks like he may be back close to 100%. Check this vid interview with himself and his personal trainer Wayne Hall.
