my only issue with common is that there is so much downtime. It gets boring.

That's the point.

Perfectly said, how is it not funny when he call Joe Mauer the baby Jesus? It is nice to hear the "non-homer" point of view cause that what you hear the rest of the time.

Pretty sure it was Dan Barrerio that labeled Joe Mauer baby jesus. And I loved that line because I hate Joe Mauer. GASP! I KNOW! HOW CAN I SAY THAT!?!?!?!? Yes, I hate Joe Mauer. Or maybe it's the hype around baby jesus that I hate.

Which is why I love Dan Barrerio.

I hate Dan Cole because he just flat out doesn't have a clue what he's talking about and puts absolute no homework into learning and no preperation for his show. I was a regular on his program when I was in high school when Magic Johnson was attempting his comeback. I think it was like a month straight that I called in after school and got on the air. I'm older and wiser now. His routine has gotten stale.

I like Common, listening to him as we speak. I can easily see why people wouldn't like him though, there's obvious reasons not to like him LOL. But I don't know, it works for me.

I wasn't a big Hartman guy, listened to him on occasion, usually when Rosen was there during the 3:00 hour. I'm not hurtin that much that he isn't there.

Hartman was okay, I liked what Doogie brought to the table. I'm not distraught over what happened, but it's too bad that it went down like it did.

Of the KFAN crowd, I'd say Common and PA are my favorites. I like the "Preposterous Statements" bracket, and find the schtick amusing. I can get sick of Common if I listen too much, but that doesn't happen too often. PA just seems like such an affable chap and he actually discusses hoops instead of just ripping the country club mentality, so that helps. Fun's a good sidekick for Barreiro, but Barreiro get a little too hoity-toity for me at times.
"A while back,'' Cardinal said, "I took a picture of the standings and texted it to Love, just to bust his chops,'' Cardinal said. "He sent me a picture back of a snowdrift.''
