I've been wondering what the effect on morale was when Mike left - guys wanted to play for D'antoni, came here, and then he was gone. I wonder if that's hurting us (along with evrything else.)

I guess it's a problem when Shaq plays good that the team stands around and watches. I wish we could solve our current identity crisis.
