Big Baby was the key in this game.

I thought Rondo didn't push the pace on offense which is why there were so few assists. Rondo seems to lose his zip on the second nights of back to backs sometimes. The Celtics rarely ran and mostly went one on one.

But on defense Rondo was terrific, really stymieing Nelson for most of the game. Also he rebounded very well.

Edge to Rondo in the point guard match up, though neither guy had a very good game.

Great game guys. You pretty much flat out beat us. Your defense really killed us - we couldn't get any ball movement. It's fun to watch your team and dream of being champs. Thank you for providing us with a loss that I can't be upset at. This was much more 'takeable' than losing to the Raptors.

Great game by Glen Davis. This was his best game since the big game he had in Detroit last season. Davis was a big reason why we kept our lead. Great win.

I thought Orlando looked a lot like

Portland and Golden State did in the Celtic's West coast games,

except that the shots were falling for Portland and Golden State.

he got 7 in the first quarter lol

solid game, great showing from Davis

reminds me of last years game he punished the pistons for 20 odd

Did he just punk Garnett on the boards, or was it more complicated than that?

They were missing 90% of their threes in the 1st quarter and the rebounds were coming way out of the paint, the C's were covering the boards and Lewis is long and outside so I guess he got some bounds, had they been making any shots in that stretch, different story. (and we might have lost the game)

Gotta give credit to Lewis though, he hustled.

I'm surprised to not read some stat of the last time the Celtics won a game without hitting a three pointer.
