Ok, I know this trade that I'm about to offer isn't going to WOW you. It's a filler trade but it's something that I think we can afford to do.

Houston is in need of a back-up center and have already expressed interest in C. Mihm
The Lakers are in need of a defensive point guard and a more tough gritty mentality in the paint.

My proposed trade would be:

Chris Mihm ($2.5 Mill/1year) and Sun Yue ($442,000/2years)
for
Luther Head ($1.9 Mill/1year) and Chuck Hayes($1.7 Mill/2years)

Houston gets a backup center for Yao and another chinese player to get along with Yao
Lakers get toughness and D with Hayes and D and shooting with Luther Head
