Brook seriously needs to learn how to pass, those "I'm gonna shoot no matter what horrible position I'm in" plays are annoying.

It doesn't matter because VC airballed anyways but I always that when they talked about only being able to get a shot off in 0.3 seconds that they were talking about it being physically impossible.. no idea that there was a rule against. I remember 5-6 years ago Lamond Murray burried us with a 3 with 0.1 seconds left lol.

Down with NJN since Kenny and Derrick

Was Swift back on the bench? How about Sean Williams?

Blame Frank for that stuff.

Frank has to create some low post plays for him in practice.

Frank still has seen the necessity for Lopez to start possessions in the low post. Instead Frank continues to send Lopez in pick and roll plays.

How is the guys suppose to learn how to pass out of the post when he always gets get ball at the end of the shot clock.

I don't care whose wide open or not ,when it's crunch time and we have 3 chances to win the game VC HAS TO TAKE THOSE SHOTS. I don't care if the whole Spurs roster is on him, thats what he does, thats what he's here for. He's are go to guy in the clutch how hard is it to realize that Lfranco stanko

Netsforce,

Good Coaches or Managers put people in positions to succeed.

If you constantly put a person in bad situation, how do you expect for him to succeed.

Question: Do you not agree that sometimes Lopez gets the ball when the shot clock is running down?

In the Memphis game, there was a situation where Lopez posted up earlier in the shot clock. Simmons passed him the ball in the post. Simmons stayed with him. Lopez backed down his defender then passed it back out to Simmons. Simmons shot a three. This was a situation for him to be successful. Not this Pick and Roll BS. Not if the Dribble Drive play doesnt work lets give it to Lopez and see him fail. This is what I am talking about. That is the Coach.

Why doesnt Frank do this more often? Why not with Harris, VC or Hayes? Does Frank even have plays for Lopez?

the Nets had the chance to win, Spurs just made more shots...off/def strategy could be questioned until your blue in the face with Frank...

But its all about execution with the Net lately...there has been a lot of below avg ballin w/ this team and its leaders, and you cant blame Frank for that...these guys need to step up...
(note: obviously not as much in SA, but there are numerous losses recently where the Nets are failing themselves...)

^ Hey Jac,

What if they dont want to step up for Frank? Do you fire him like they did Scott?

Nothing has changed since the Benching. When does Thorn say, these guys need a new voice?

honestly SIC, I dont think this situation has gotten that far out of hand...I definitely hear where you're coming from...Sean went through it...looks like Devin is going through it a bit...and I'm not doubting the Nets as whole arent really responding to Frank the way he wants them to...

but when you really look at this team...we're coming up short in some close games and in some games where the 1st half to the 2nd half is a night and day comparison...

Frank always takes the blame, never calls anyone out individually...this was discussed during the Nets broadcast I believe in NO...coach Scott was called out by Michelle...but the big picture says to me, we're just not executing or making the right decisions on the floor...strategy is always part of it, but the Nets need to step up, period...
