Quick Steve Kerr get on the phone before it's to late!

Post#1 » by MaryvalesFinest » Mon Jan 26, 2009 5:12 am

DeAndre Jordan just had a 20 rebound game tonight, he also had a great game against the Lakers with some sick dunks and a game before that with like 6 blocks. I remember before draft day that was the guy I was hoping Kerr and Griffin would draft but knowing the way Suns management evaluates talent I wasn't surprised they passed on him, what's even more surprising is the countless other teams that passed on him and he's looking like a steal and the guy has top 5 center written on him, he's going to be a star but maybe the Suns can make a play for him before the Clippers realise his potential.

If Kerr was smart he should make a play for him, the best would be

Nash + Lopez for Baron + Jordan

reuniting the Baron with Matt Barnes and J-Rich will help team chemistry. Davis seems to have warn out his welcome with the Clippers and is signed to a long deal while Nash's contract is expiring in 09-10. Or the Suns could trade Amar'e for either Randolph or Kaman along with Jordan, either one works...

Shouldn't this be in the new trade thread?

More importantly, no more Nash for Baron Davis trades! Haha. There is no issue with Nash, and BD, even if a much better defender (but worse on O), would not improve the team.

Lol even if it was a good proposal you don't get a player after he just had a few amazing games, their stock is overinflated

A guy has 2-3 good games and you want to move the best thing that happened to the Suns in the last 5 years in Nash?

unreal

ok i have decided that anyone that thinks a baron davis for steve nash trade would improve chemistry has likely suffered severe head trauma or maybe emotional abandonment as a child. ( joking mostly) but ugh; You do realize those warriors teams only had one semi ok year and then it still wasn't as good as this group of underachievers we already have right? ok all kidding aside, this thread coupled with the Nash lashing out thread has made me vow to never open another thread created by anyone living in general area between 51st ave and 67th ave and anywhere between say McDowell and Camelback.
