Jan. 26: Miami @ Atlanta

Post#1 » by JoshB914 » Mon Jan 26, 2009 9:50 pm

It's time to start playing our best game on the road like we were early in the season. This should be a pretty solid measuring stick for us at this point of the year.

Wade has 2 early fouls. This is good because the 1st quarter is the Hawks worst quarter by far this season.

Nice work, Solo. I think Randolph deserves a chance right now.

This is pretty hard to watch. The Hawks have 13 turnovers and only 3 made baskets.

The heat are sorry, I just dont understand how this team can look so good even without there starting center and look soooooooo bad at times. We are so bipolar its annoying. We need to get Joe the ball in the post and let him create and maybe we can decide to finish without gettin blocked.

DISGUSTING! WAKE UP HAWKS! YALL ARE GOOD BUT THAT DOESNT MEAN ALL GAMES ARE GIMMIES!
Is it to much to ask for a team that plays hard and cares? Seems so.

This is worse than the Lakers game in LA last year. The Hawks look like they've never met each other before tip-off.

Joe, Josh or Mike in this timeout or at half time needs to wake the F**K up and get this team back to where it should be. Someone for once needs to be a vocal leader! GET SOLO OFF THE COURT!

I'd personally like to see the entire starting 5 benched and rested for the next game. This game is over. Record low for lowest point total in the first half EVER for this franchise.

That was ugly. I still think we can and will win this game if we can just execute offensively.

We can't get a basket yet we still constantly go to iso's. I don't think we've ran the P&R ONCE tonight. This is why Woodson sucks. No ability to adjust and no way for us to get an easy basket.

JJ has just sucked this entire month.

We have to find out a way to play on the road, for some reason we just can't do it. We started 4-0 on the road this season and since then we are 5-12. That doesn't look good considering 14 of our next 19 are on the road.

I suppose now is a bad time to play Acie? He certainly couldn't play any worse than Flip or Bibby.

Strangely enough, we're not even playing bad defensively. We usually win games like this. Why am I even watching this anymore???

Ya our defensive rotation is real good but our pick and roll defense on Wade is poor.

Flip is the least of the Hawks problems right now....but why does he never actually get the shot off going 1 on 1 at the end of the quarter? It's annoying.

It seems like the Hawks should be down by about 40.

We have such a problem with vet leadership right now. When the going gets tough, Joe starts sulking and Josh loses control. If our two best players can't grow a pair when things get difficult, we will never take the next step as a team and probably don't reach our goal of the no. 4 seed. We were tired and beat up tonight and needed someone to lead the way and they didn't do that, instead playing selfish basketball for the duration.
