Yes, we lost to Charlotte, New York, Minnesota, Boston but those teams are all playing great lately.

Bobcats- since the trade 12-10 record and just beat the Lakers on the road tonight.( Aso beat Lakers, Suns, Pistons, Celtics this season)

New York- We beat them the first time and Dantoni wanted revenge and then we lost on the road to them.

Boston- Won something like 8 in a row and basically blowing out good teams by 20+ points in that stretch.

Minnesota- Best team in the NBA record-wise ever since new years. 10-2 record. Machele doing a great job coaching this team.

I know every Suns fan is still upset about us losing all this games, including me but if there was ever a bright side this can be one of them. LOL

So if we beat the Spurs on thursday, will you guys calm down and be a little more excited?

You're right, we shouldn't feel that bad about getting blown out by the Bobcats. The Bobcats are a great team now - since the trade. We may have turned them into contenders.

i agree with frank if we played our hearts out and lost that is more acceptable than getting blown out...

also anyone see diaw play tonight? the only negative part to his game tonight was the 8-24 shooting... i knew he could never play at this level here in phx so im happy with Doris doing this thing congrats to him.... 23pts 9reb 9ast. OOO go Doris haha : :lol:

Boris for MVP?

I think the only difference between Amare sucking this season and Boris back to his MIP form is Porter and Brown. Brown is playing Boris strength for the good of the team. Porter treats Amare like the latter is Rip Hamilton (mid-range catch and shoot guy).

Porter doesnt treat amare like rip, Amare thinks that now that he has developed a decent mid range jumpshot he doesnt need to drive anymore

Not true. Amare no longer have the luxury of space in the middle to drive. Dont expect Amare as your Lebron type of slasher who can get through the lane even if its clogged. Under D'Antoni Shaq stays in the high post most of the time with shooters properly positioned to clear the middle for Amare. Now, Shaq stays in the low post and shooters are not sure where to position themselves clogging the driving lane for Amare.

1) Agreed that just because its "okay" that we lost, doesn't mean we played well going down.

2) If we can't beat these teams when they're "hot", how are the playoffs gonna go for us?

ok i just saw 3 posts by you that involved pointing the finger at porter.... let me as you who is at fault if amare falls and needs help getting up... PORTER because porter put him in a position to fall...? haha

shaq is clogging the lane... but he is PRODUCING, putting up numbers no one thought would be possible by him anymore... amare on the other hand eats tons of pop corn before the games, gets his hands all buttery and turns the ball over 2 outta 3 times WE TRY to pass to him... amare is just not the same reckless abandon that he used to be and thats a fact... he has a damn good mid range jumper doesnt he? he's missing those as well.... wait i forgot porter didnt teach him how to shoot well enough.

Amare can't dribble. If he doesn't pop a 15 ft J immediately, his man closes up on him and he then ALWAYS tries to drive to his right, usually into a rotating player. He is very predictable with the ball in his hands, espeicially if no set play is being run.... (we have those, don't we?)

We are just another team in the rest of the leagues eyes. We are easy to defend, and easy to score on. GD that Kerr fellow.

something to make us feel a little worse. We lose to the spurs again. We looked out of sync yet again in the 4th quarter. Fire Porter & Kerr, that would make us feel a little better now.
