Grizzlies came back from like 29 point deficit to beat Thunder at home back when they only had like 2 wins. Thunder I am sure remember this. It won't be pretty tonight.

I'm shocked that we are even close in record to the Thunder. We have really dropped far.....

Hopefully, we squeak out a win here on the road. We're playing pretty poorly and I wonder who is going to stop Durant. Still, a win is certainly within reach.

The battle of the losing records. Marc Gasol needs to be a factor unlike the last game when he went blank from the points perspective. The frontcourt will have to get adjusted to the new style that Hollins has install to this team since it's more backcourt oriented.

^ Nice call. That's probably a reason Hamed might not be seeing playing time for a bit. The reason he is in the D League is to adjust to the speed of the NBA game, and Lionel wants to run....

^^ look Hamed can run he is just not getting enough minutes for you or me to say he is NBA ready or not. Think of it as if you are playing basketball and your on the Memphis team but since you get 1 - 3 minutes at the most for any game or whenever you play how is the coach, players and fans going to evaluate you they simply cant because its impossible because they havent seen enough of your performance to say if your at the NBA level or not. That is the same thing with Hamed. And I have a problem when someone says they are not NBA level when half the team is not at NBA level. Do you want Memphis to lose forever well start playing the players that never got a chance 20 - 30 minutes and then you can judge and start trading the really **** players on the team.

Pathetic is the only way to describe it.

I sort of feel like you have to cut Lionel some slack until he gets a handle on what his rotation is going to look like.

This team is beginning to understand basketball concepts as you see flashes of the way they should be playing. I don't know why they did not respond to Marc Iavaroni or why he did not play more uptempo but it is obvious they have to play this way to be competitive. The first quarter was unreal as they looked really good, it reminded me of the Minister's golf outing in the movie "Caddy Shack". It is not all about the wins and losses but about the development and we are starting to see something positive.

I have to throw in this. Just because they lost to OKC isn't a big thing. I really believe OKC are going to have a good second half of the season and will bypass more than a couple of teams by seasons end.

As far as the Grizzlies go, it was once again a case of them not having any idea of how to close out games in the fourth quarter(or overtime). How mant times have we seen this repeated this season where they are even with their oponent going into the fourth quarter and let the other team run away with it.

I know I'm a broken record but a couple of experienced veterans that have been in a few wars would go a long ways towards making the difference in probably half the games they've lost going down the stretch.

And like it's been said over and over, it's about development this season. But the GM also has to see where the strengths and problems are and at least position some players around to be able to add those missing ingredients by way of the draft and offseason. If he sits on his hands and cheaps out rather than be proactive then he deserves plenty of criticism. The trade deadline will be very telling as far as whether or not they're serious about winning or just holding the finacial losses down.

Because Marc Iavaroni was a **** coach that made Memphis even worst and took out all the confidence from the team. If you ask me he made Memphis worst. I dont why the president picked this guy to be our coach. Actually losers say that is not all about wins and losses, actually it is. This team has a good core of young talents which need to be given minutes to develop their game. The team already understands basketball concepts from the 11 wins they have or they wouldn't have even gotten those 11 wins.
