Simply flawless execution down the stretch here by Detroit.

yep. that's it. let's hope the next two games won't be blowouts. if we lose by ~10 vs each I'd be fine as long as they give 100% effort.

Our guys are going to need to get their heads on right because the Lakers and Celtics games could get ugly fast with this level of play.

The win was right there for us, we just didn't capitalize. Nothing went right over the final 4 minutes and Detroit did everything they needed to and pulled out a victory. I wonder what Mchale will say in the locker room.

Abysmal fourth quarter. Felt like November 2008.

We had the win clenched in our fists, but we just managed to shoot ourselves in the foot and throw the win away.

somebody bump the draft thread, then we can at least talk about top 10 picks after every loss

Rodney laid an egg
It seemed like we had 20 million turnovers in the fourth.
Al Jefferson missed about seven shots in a row
Telfair was so awful I don't know what to say

We lost this game..the Pistons just owned us in our own mistakes.

So have I become spoiled since I expected us to win midway through the third?

Over the past month, this team has really progressed from where it was during December and November. The past few games, even though we are 2-1, it seems as though there has been some regression. A win is a win, but if they continue to play the way they have the last few games, the rest of the season might get kind of long.

I had forgotten what it was like to watch us play against a team that was actually healthy.

we had our chances, but Al missed a couple of close ones down the stretch that he'd normally make, but the alarming thing is Foye - all of a sudden his offense isn't as explosive. Its that 3 not falling again, only 2 for 14 these past 3 games. Time to bring it in a little bit - fake,1 dribble and the pullup. Get Tom Izzo on conference call to explain the magic of the wondrous pull up jump shot.
