Thats ok, Ray and Rondo need some time off anyway.
There only 12 spots on the team and 15 teams in the East. They cant even play the baseball all-star game rule and have a representative from each team show up.

I didn't expect Rondo to make it, but I thought Allen would. The biggest shame is that Iverson made it and Allen didn't. He's having a mediocre season at best so he shouldn't even have been a candidate. Democracy just doesn't work sometimes.

Ray Allen and Mo Williams should have made the team instead of Granger and Harris. I think that only solid playoff teams should have players on the team. Indy's 18 and 28.
Also how does Orlando get 3 players on while the C's get two and Ray whose playing the best of the Big 3 doesn't.

Re: Ray Allen deserved to be on the All-Star Team
my god though, look at Grangers numbers.. just look at them.
And before you say well he's just an amazing shooter and puts up a lot of stats defensively as well.. he's been playing without Dundundunlevy who is like a Hedo for that team and can set him up.
And we know how tough Granger plays. He played against us with his front teeth somewhere on the stands.
Harris is a 20+ppg scorer at nearly 50%fg on a team with one offensive option in Carter. His team is excelling far beyond expectations and Harris' great play is the sole reason for that.
Both Harris and Granger deserve to be there over someone like 'Shard or Mo Williams.
As for Jameer Nelson. Last year with amazing hedo and average Nelson the Magic or a 50 win team that loses to the Pistons WITHOUT Billups. This year with crap Hedo and amazing Nelson they are a 63 win team that could beat anyone in the playoffs... that's how amazing Nelson has become. He deserves to be in there.

Re: Ray Allen deserved to be on the All-Star Team
Ray put up an even higher amount of points than Granger his last year with Seattle, but he didn't deserve to make the all star game that year also because the Sonics sucked.
But he deserves it this year because he's on one of the top teams and he's playing much better then last year when he almost got the All Star MVP.
