1. Trade Jamaal Tinsley.
2. Keep T.J. Ford healthy.
3. Enter All-Star Break within 6 or 7 games of .500
4. Get our All-Star's knee fully healthy.
5. Get more production out of Rush.
6. Get Dunleavy back to how he was shooting last year.
7. Trade for an athletic big.
8. Improve defense. Stop allowing over 100 points a night.
9. Have Hibbert take some of Rasho's minutes.
10. Improve defense. Stop averaging 25 fouls a game.
11. Find the killer instinct to finish off games
12. Take better care of the ball (Looking at you Jack/Ford)
13. Sit Hibbert, Rush, and Mcboberts and send them to the D-League
14. Give Granger the ball more.
15. Get better medical staff.

Is there a realgm.com Dleague board? You need to go there.

I'll take that as a challenge. =). See you there.

I'm fairly convinced that JJSG is not a Pacers fan.

Great points thus far, even with the contradiction, but I'm condensing 16 & 18 just to have the whole thing look prettier.

1. Trade Jamaal Tinsley.
2. Keep T.J. Ford healthy.
3. Enter All-Star Break within 6 or 7 games of .500
4. Get our All-Star's knee fully healthy.
5. Get more production out of Rush.

16. Let O'Brien take more control of the Pacers, including keeping rookies benched.
17. The "6th man".
18. Settle on a more consistent rotation. Keep it at 9, not 11 in the 1st quarter.

Give Granger the ball more? He averages like 20 shots and 6.5 FTs. I mean I guess it's not as much as like Kobe and Wade obviously, but Granger settles for jumpers too much and his J has been OFF lately.

Oh and some things like "get better medical staff". We aren't going to change. I just don't know if that belongs necessarily.

Guys, hold off on #31, we should have a vote and a debate over what it should be.

Good call on the debate on #31. Also, does anybody else want to have a veto system? Personally, I don't think some of these belong (kind of made it clear already :-? ). I don't know, maybe I am the only one, but I think it's weird to have 2 contradict each other and some just don't seem right. If my veto idea is vetoed I'll be alright.

If you want to veto something, put "Veto #--" and if two other people want it vetoed, then it's enough.

The goal is to have the to-do list completed before we clinch the playoffs.

That's right, I am extremely kool-aided out.

If nothing else, I think we should veto some of the posts that contradict each other.

Obviously, those are the ones that I think need to be addressed first.

OK, well I think 13, 15, and 16 need to be vetoed. 16 can at least be edited to not contradict others. 13 contradicts another one. 15 is about medical staff and I just don't see anything changing. I may have missed a contradiction or maybe people think the opposite of me and we should keep 13 and get rid of the opposite, but I am sticking with 13, 15, and 16 (at least edited).

Which one(s) specifically? And the people who put them there in the first place should defend them or allow the edit.
