I cannot believe there is even a discussion right now.

Look at what Miller is doing to make up for his lack of shooting. He's rebounding and creating shots for others.

BTW, Marko has always been known to be very good at shutting down passing lanes and getting steals, but he also makes a couple of gambles a game that blow up on him.

It's so convenient for us to sit here and say "oh Marko would be perfect right now" and yet when he was hear we couldn't wait to get rid of him. Miller is the only reason why we might even be relative in the free agent market in 2010. If we had Jaric, we wouldn't have the flexibility to swing a deal or sign someone. I would much rather milk Miller for what he's worth over the next year and a half than be stuck with Marko's $21+ million over the next two and half years.

I was just pointing out what Marko gave us last year is about on par with what Miller is giving us this year. And that kinda sucks.

I understood the point. I would still rather have Miller but it is disappointing that Millers stats are even comparable to Jaric.

My post had nothing to do with valuing Miller over Jaric, or vice versa, but totally on calling a thread unnecessary. Maybe it wasn't meant to go as far as I took it, but I get rather annoyed by people who post on threads bitching about the fact the thread exists when there's actually debate on the topic. Trade threads involving Telfair for LeBron, sure, but discussions about two players who were involved in a trade are threads that have every right to exist. If you don't like a thread, don't read it.

Again, it's quite possible I took it worse than Rider meant it, but I doubt it.

Usually no where because he's stuck at home fixing his frozen pipes or his SUV won't start because it's too cold in early November.
