I would say Jammal is better now, but he's hurt so that would be wrong, but for this season I would take Brown. Now in 2 years I would probably take McNeill, I personally love him and he is 2 and a half years younger, although it would probably be safer to stick with Jammal for "the future" I'm feeling risky.

I'll take Brown, I really like Mcneill, and I wanted him to slip for us in the last draft.
Both are vicious run blockers, and I think Mcneill has the edge there, but Jammal is the better pass blocker, by a fair margin IMO, and that's much more important from a LT.
