Kings @ Suns

Post#1 » by bibby1023 » Tue Feb 3, 2009 2:40 am

It's become so bad that no one wants to even start a game topic like we have always had.

Well 40-19 1st quarter Jrich almost outscored the whole kings team, he had 16.

hopefully we can cut the lead down a lil

Why does Natt love to matchup with the small ball but refuses to go with JT/ Shelden/Hawes at the 3/4/5? He never plays the big lineup against Shaq and Stoudemire? If you get killed on the boards nothing else matters. Hawes and JT are playing solid but they need more rebounding.

I would go with a big lineup in the second half. Beno/Greene/JT/Shelden/Hawes and just let them play. I hate getting killed on the boards. We know we are going to lose might as well see what the young ones can do. I was impressed with Shelden who is going up strong and is refusing to give up even though he had his shot thrown 3 times in a row against Shaq and Stoudemire. It takes a lot of guts to fail and keep coming back. We have no great rebounder we need to rebound as a team.

Now that right there is funny

I had to put the game on DVR when the margin reached 27. Shaq and Amar'e are owning the paint. Hawes, JT and Sheldon were working hard but were over matched AND the refs were letting Shaq get away with pushing when the ball goes up. At one point Shaq pushed Sheldon to the floor with a forearm to the face and the refs called the foul on SHELDON! H#$% the Suns don't need the refs help but are getting it! :x

There has been some positive not very much. Salmons played well. JT is showing heart. Hawes is blocking a couple shots playing ok defense in the second half but is little timid on offense.

Do we get extra ping pong balls for losing by 50 points?

I'm telling you this is the year to suck! Just about everything is going against us this year. It seems like every time we play a struggling team it just happens to coincide with them being primed for a statement game do to media pressure in some sort of way.

I am going to the game this Friday, only to show my respect to C Webb (only game I will spend money on this year maybe the Vlade game too). I am going to bring a paper bag to wear. It's not embarrassing to be last but to get blown out night after night and have to watch terrible basketball is ridiculous. If anyone else goes to the game bring yourself a paper bag too.

Put Donte Greene in the effin game!!!! I ought to have the Petrie's re-imburse me for NBA League pass bill. This has literally been a painful season to watch thus far.

The only bright spot at this time is Jason Thompson, if only everyone else on this team had his energy.

If we were a football team we would be playing in 10 Homecoming games . A Donte Greene sighting. It was not good enough with a 30 point lead to bring in the young guys coach Natt waited until we 48 points down to play the young guys and big lineup. Did we still have a chance at 30 at the beginning of the second half? Natt is trying to win still and messing things up so badly on a back to back game down 30.

Shelden did get blocked 3 times (and most were fouls) then Natt doesn't bring him back in evevn though he was detremined to dunk on the Suns. He did let KMart conitnue jacking up up shots for a 2-12 night. If we were playing against Golden State he would be matching up with 4 guard lineup but continues to not match up against the big 3-4-5 teams (Portland, Orlando, Denver, Lakers, Suns, and half the league)
