Last time we had a test we needed to pass...(@ New Orleans) the Nuggets failed big time in the 4th quarter and lost the game... The Nuggets MUST have this game...they need to go into the next 8 road games in a positive mindframe and with confidence. We all know the Spurs will in hackin' at Melo's hand and just doing the "normal" Spurs things. Hopefully, we can get some solid to great bench play and our starters d-up and Timmy, The "Argentinian flopping machine", and Mr. Longoria so we don't get hammered like the last time we played them here. We need this one bad!!!!!

Agree. Need to get one last home win before we go out on the road for a month.

Looks like Golden State might be able to knock off San Antonio tonight. It does help they're coming off a late game tonight.

Of course that was wrong. A really legitimate foul on Ginobili let him hit two FT's to tie the game, and dominate in overtime. David Stern and Tim Duncan likely made out after the game.

I just hope our bigs do not get into foul trouble the first quarter of the game. If we can keep Parker out of the paint, we should be fine.

I hope Parker is not hitting his jumper...if he is, he will get to the paint. I just hope overtime wore out the Argentinian flopper so his acting isn't as good tonight.

Damn, I hate the Spurs...

Of course Timmy and Dave made out... they make a very good couple.

Oh damn. Of course the Spurs pick one game each season to "concede" to the Nuggets.

Generosity, or strategy?

i like melo's 35/9 on 10/17 from the field and 14/15 from the line. he's officially back.

i like nene's 17/11 and 5 blocks.

i also like the nuggets owning the tiebreaker over the spurs.

Ugh, that game shouldn't have been close at all. O well, W. I was looking forward to seeing us match up against a healthy Spurs team, but in hindsight that coulda gotten ugly.
Good to see Melo shooting the ball well with the sore hand.
AC made some absolutely terrible passes. Hopefully Chauncey doesn't miss any time because we can't afford 35 mpg of that.

Phew, thank god we won that game.
I think we're 2-1 against them in the season series now, so we're in position to take the series and get that tiebreaker.
Melo and Nene were great, everyone else was meh.
Hopefully Chauncey isn't out long.

Looks like AC was playing for the Spurs in the second half. He was just throwing ball to them. 7 turnovers is horrible. Anyway, good win. We need Billups and Kenyon tomorrow.
