Peppers was non existant in half the games last year.. I am not even sure if hes a top 5 DE anymore

Its nearly impossible to come up with a top 10 list that takes skill players, defense, special teams, and the offensive line all into consideration.

Yeah. People (Analysts and Fans alike) can't seem to understand that. Players play different positions and roles, so there's no way to quantify the the skills under a single measure. It hard to come up with a top-10 list for a single position (Considering the Era differences, Role differences and etc), nonetheless a top-10 overall list.
