According to some dude(his credibility is unknown, so take it with a grain of salt), Chauncey is sitting this one out. IF that is the case, we could be seriously ****.

Maybe we can undo that Atkins trade for just tonight, and let the Petro and Chucky suit up for their former teams? If the Spurs game is any indication, AC will play 48 minutes, have 13 turnovers, and tally 12 assists(only two of which will actually be to our players). Oh, and I will be completely brain dead by the end of the game, from repeatedly bashing my skull against my desk every 30 seconds.

Sure would be nice to have a third point guard option now wouldn't it. I guess JR will have to play well as backup point because AC was awful tonight and bound to be just as bad in his extended minutes in Chauncey's absence. Maybe we can still move Hunter by the deadline for a backup point.

I just hope we don't come out sloopy. Last time, we had a 9 pt lead and then everything turned around and we had to fight all the way til the end. Start with defense, rebound the ball and get good shots. I know that will not happen, but hey, you never know.

Melo bailed the Nuggets out at OKC last time around. No Chauncey, and this could easily be a big disappointment.

Triple double for AC. (Missed FG's, TO's, and -10)

Weaver should be the PG and Westbrook SG...

Westbrook will kill us if Billups and Jones cant play and we should put Balkman on Durant in case Melo takes off another night off on defense

But I think Green will have a huge game. But I think we'll still win. 8-)

All-Star Chauncey Billups scored four points against the Spurs before leaving in the second quarter with a sprained right ankle. He did not return, but X-rays were negative and he could play on Wednesday.

Kenyon Martin also could be back in the lineup after sitting Tuesday with tonsillitis and strep throat.

“When I saw (Kenyon) this afternoon, about six o’clock he had a 103 degree temperature,” Karl said. “There’s a chance (he’ll play). I think Kenyon will understand, after watching us play tonight, we need him.”

JR needs to light it up and get off the slump he has been in the last few games. Gotta limit Durant to 25 tonight, otherwise this one is going to be a nail biter as it was last meeting.

This is the most pathetic display of professional basketball I've ever seen.

Chucky's a cool -17 through one half of play. 'Melo not lookin' too hot with his AI impression.

Get on that plane and get out of town before they take that win away from you. Good lord.

Melo was something of a leader tonight, which was awesome to see. 32 and 11 assists is nice. JR played well. As did Nene.

Anthony Carter is atrocious. Nice D by Dahntay on Durant on that gimme layup late.

Melo burns OKC again, in a horribly played game. Can we please get K-Mart and Chauncey back, ASAP?

JR 8-14, 4-4 from three, and Karl was still ripping him?

Fat man seems grumpier than usual. Blames JR for the Nuggets not signing his son?

Eesh.
It's amazing how different of a team we are without Chauncey. We looked exactly like the Nuggets of the last two years minus AI.

At least JR played great, so did Nene. And although I'm not happy with some of his shot selection, it's nice to see Melo doing his thing again.
We need Kmart and Chauncey back, now.
