With Shanahan expected to replace him? That's a shocker.

Dan Reeves has interviewed for the 49ers OC spot. I think that would be the perfect hire for that franchise.

So shocking that Chris Mortensen in fact made it up and then reported it to be fact. It's amazing he still has a job :nonono:

From the wiretap...
A team insider is telling people that new coach Eric Mangini has already started to make things miserable for the people around him in Cleveland.

Mangini painted over a mural of former Browns greats near the players' entrance, and reportedly ignored Pro Bowler Shaun Rogers at a recent public function.

Nice Job Mangini :P

KC to interview Haley. I am pretty sure he will be introduced soon.

Mangini is done within 2 years.

He'll do no better than Romeo did, probably worse. He has no connection with players and has an unnecessary mean-streak in him. Players never will respond to this type of coach. Couglin is a no nonsense coach, but he has a spot in his heart for his players. Mangini on the other hand seems to have no soft spot for anyone and keeps things ran like a prison.

I mean really, painting over the mural? For what? Or ignoring Rogers, what does that prove other then you're an egotistical prick.

Ugh. If you can't tell Mangini is one of my more disliked coaches in the league.

^(Coming from a "free Starbury guy and a "i Heart DeShawn" guy)

The mural was moved.

Rogers and Mangini never saw each other.

Like Smooth said, the mural was moved, not destroyed. Gotta love the vengeful NY media trying to make all things Cleveland look terrible so they can keep their cold-day-in-hell Lebron hopes alive.

I don't understand how you cannot see Shaun Rogers if he's in the same building, or even same block. How many 350+ pound guys with his distinctive hair and strut do you ever encounter? I haven't really asked around about that story but I do know (and I say this as perhaps his biggest fan) that Shaun Rogers almost certainly doesn't care and probably is just as responsible as Mangini.

The Packers hired a ton of positional coaches, most notably Kevin Greene as OLB coach. At the very least they'll be more intense!
