How Good is Ammo? Lakers Fan

Post#1 » by shobe_81 » Sat Feb 7, 2009 9:15 pm

Hey fellas, Lakers fan here.

I haven't seen Bobcats games at all besides when they played earlier at Staples.

My Question is, how good is Ammo? I also read up on Brown and seems like he makes a lot of bone-headed plays, well you're gonna get that in Vlad-Rad.

I know Ammo was a college sensation, what the hell happened to him? Does he not get enough open looks? And how do you think he'll do in the Lakers system?

A couple of things about Vlad-Rad:

- He can shoot the 3 very well, but you won't know if it's going in from the release cause it's a big rainbow :)
- He's very bad defensively, always gave me panic-attacks :)
- And sometimes he doesn't know why he's on the court
- Basically if you were to say, hey G-Wallace is a great defensive player, I wonder who is the complete opposite of him as far as bad: Vald-Rad is the answer.

Well, Shannon Brown is an athletic freak. I'm sure you saw him against the Lakers. As for Ammo, I don't see him doing much of anything for the Lakers.
Humble yourself.

Interesting trade. Maybe Vlad will get some burn with the bobcats. He can shoot and he is a bigger body.

I think this move for LA is more financial. We will see what Phil can bring out of these guys, I am actually more intrigued with Brown.

p.s after reading some of these threads on this board, I figured where Richard Jeffersons biggest fan went. good luck with that. :)

LOL, how good is Adam Morrison? Didn't you guys see the thread directly below this one about "Who would you NOT trade Ammo for?"?

I will miss Shannon Brown (an unsigned FA this year) MUCH than Morrison.

Add on the extra part: and the team getting Vlad Rad is thrilled by the upgrade.

He really isn't good at all. There is not one redeeming thing about him. It's not even like he's bad, but he really likeable and a really good locker room guy. He's just out and out bad.
