It depends what kind of a league you are in and what the scoring criterion is for that league. I can say that Marion Barber is a decent RB but do RB's in your league score points for receptions and all purpose yards? Do they get points if they return punts and kickoffs? In that case you might want to target a different RB if the scoring creiterion doesn't reflect well upon who you selected.

Good luck winning this league.

One of the most important rules of drafting players is never to draft more than 2 players (3 for a couple of exceptions, i.e. Colts, Rams, Bengals) on the same team.

Having Romo, Owens, Glenn, Barber and Witten on your team doesn't bode well.
