Game plan has changed?

Post#1 » by Mr. Sun » Mon Feb 9, 2009 7:44 am

Amare said: “We played well tonight. We started to run a lot more tonight and I think that the game plan has changed the past couple of nights and we are starting to run again to start the offense. Guys are starting to roll to the basket more and it feels good. It’s fun out there; in the locker room we are good. We are with each other a lot and we have a lot of camaraderie.”

(On his game): “It feels good to finish in the paint again with the and-ones. That is something that I’ve been good at the past four years, just finishing.”

^^^maybe no more trades - but still firing porter.
btw - i think steve nash is now the coach of this team and porter just does what his master tells him...

There's no way they'll fire Porter if we're winning...and we lose and they trade Amare...lose-lose situation at the moment...kinda sucks

I don't think Porter's job is safe unless we go on a ten-game winning streak. I mean -- D'Antoni is massively overachieving with his terrible team, and we're barely above .500 with an insanely talented team.

Can never overlook the Kerr-Porter dynamic, and how it would make Kerr look like ANOTHER big mistake, giving him a 3 (?) year deal...

Porter will be with this team through the playoffs.

They have developed (or at least tried to) a season built around the playoffs & they'll let Porter see it through.
