Jazz/Bulls Deal
Boozer to Bulls for Gooden and Thomas. Works on TradeChecker. Chicago gets low post scorer (presuming they can make a deal to sign him long term) and the Jazz get a needed expiring contract in Gooden and a season and a half of defensive specialist Tyrus Thomas. Good trade for Chicago if they can't get Stoudemire. Boozer would just fit in well there. Economics would work for the Jazz and the team would be functional this season. Key to the deal would be Boozer showing full recovery from surgery by the deadline.

Re: Jazz/Bulls Deal
Don't see how this improves us at all. I'm off the trade boozer train for now. Until Millsap grows his balls back, BOOZ IS THE ANSWER!!!!

I don't think trading Boozer for those two is an improvement at all. I've never been a fan of either Thomas or Gooden.
Boozer the Loozer.

gooden wouldnt be bad backup to say amare. SO once we get him gooden could come in and back up him and grab some rebounds.

Re: Jazz/Bulls Deal
To just get Boozer's salary in return we as might as well pay Boozer the max in the summer. The majority of the trades for him are dumb. The only one really worth chasing is Amare, though we'd have too many centers now, though that's not a terrible thing considering Amare has a player option for 2010/11, so if it doesn't work out he could walk.
