Sasha is out 6 weeks with a high ankle sprain

Per wire tap, the Cavs are struck with another injury at the 2 spot. So the Cavs 1st, 2nd and 3rd string SG's all are out with injuries.

This is pretty unbelievable.

Hopefully when Delonte comes back, he will be 100%.

Man that sucks. How close are West and Kinsey from coming back?

Also, I wonder if this will have any impact on Ferry with the trade deadline.

If we trade Wally now, we'd also be without West, Kinsey, and Sasha. Maybe if Ferry was originally targeting a big like Camby‚ but perhaps with all the injuries he might go after a wing player like Mike Miller, Stephen Jackson. Or Richard Jefferson who can also play both wing positions.

Those are just some of the names that I frequently see mentioned in Cavs trade rumors.

This sucks...Im not sure what they are going to do. Boobie getting big minutes every day sucks. VC or Capt Jack are both looking good to me now.
Is Larry Hughes having fun yet?

Just great. Whenever Sasha returns, he is going to return to his slump.

It won't be as bad though.. This will only be for a couple weeks and before we know it, West will be back after the all star break. But in the mean time, it looks like Wally and Boobie will be playing a lot of minutes..

I think this will have an impact on if we do a trade or not.

yea...that's really horrible...i like sasha's game....but hey what im more concerned about right now is........lets get amare...that's needs to be #1 priority...we gotta get him.....what ever pieces we have left will be good enough....as long as we keep...mo, delonte, and z...and of course bron....anybody else we keep is a plus....pull the trigger....bron and stoudemire would be sick...

Amare? how do you propose we get him? right now we have nothing to give. considering we only have 3 healthy guards, wally isn't going anywhere. the only way is if the cavs could somehow pull a big and a guard out of a package based around wally and maybe wright.

....why isnt wally going anywhere....for amare i wouldnt hesitate to throw wally in a package.....wally, draft picks, players whatever they want.....we wouldnt have to wait till 2010 to see if we can add someone with lebron...we can do it right now...whatever it takes to make the deal work...my only keepers are,mo,delonte,z,and bron of course. Like i said anyone else we get to keep would be a bonus. wally is ballin' but far from untouchable.I'll even throw moondog in there if that's what it takes. whatever... get'er done. i would like too keep andy but i have a feelin tht's who they are gonna want, but for amare.

Hey, at least it's not a Bynum or Jameer-esque injury, both of those guys are likely done for the season.

the reason why wally won't be traded is because of all the injuries with our guards. delonte is out for another week and who knows how long it will take him to get back in game form. Right now we have Mo, Boobie, Wally and LBJ as the only guys that can play the 1, 2 or 3. Do you really want to get rid of 1 of them right now? If we could get barbosa or include another team that we could get a guard from then i'd be all for it but that will never happen. I think we just need to face it that this is the team we will have in the playoffs.

Yea and Sasha had even become our best three point shooter while West was out at 45.7 percent. I'm actually fine with us rolling into the playoffs with this squad.
