WEFFPIM's Tidbits
-First ever Bears game thread, albeit for a meaningless, more than likely a Colts lovefest via Mike Turico, but hey, we all get our start from somewhere.
-How on Earth do the Colts still have the RCA Dome? My Lord, nothing like playing football in a building with the charm and intimacy of a Home Depot.
-I wish I could count how many commercials Peyton Manning has been in, but I might bash my head into a spear before I reach the end.
-As we are all well too familiar of, this is a rematch of the Super Bowl last season, in which the Colts were victorious, and put my head in a noose. Boy, we won't hear the end of THAT game during the ESPN broadcast. Can't wait for the many highlights as well...
-I think we all can unite in enjoying this game, win or lose, because our respective baseball teams look like back alley abortions right now.
-Doesn't it look like Cedric Benson's face was stung repeatedly by bees?

Better material will come with time. Good Luck, Lovie...and Go Bears.

SEEK AND DESTROY UNDER ANY COST WHATSOEVER, ESP. A CAREER ENDING HIT ON MANNING! And for the Lovie of God, Kyle Orton, continue looking like a real starter, his time will come and then to push Rex out.

-Doesn't it look like Cedric Benson's face was stung repeatedly by bees?

Perhaps being with J-Alba or Vida Guerra will do that to ya!

LOL I remember the Arizona game last year where Tony Kornheiser kept saying if the Cardinals lose this game they should execute their franchise.

ESPN Monday Night Football=Good Luck

Remember Hester's 2 TD's against the Rams as well?

I just got over it enough to watch the super bowl highlights again. Man, we were off to such a good start. I really hope we win it this year.

Jaws is such an awesome commentator. I'm probably going to watch more MNF this year than I ever have.

I like him as well.

Last year I couldn't stand when Tony Kornheiser said something (sometimes funny), and then Joe Theisman would ALWAYS correct him.

Why can't the regular season start already?
I have to wait 2-3 more weeks?

I know. I can't say I've been so excited over a Bears season to start since...well last season I guess. But yeah, September 9th can't come soon enough.

ESPN is annoying me already.
Tonight is going to be Vick-Fest USA.
I can't wait to use my mute button tonight
