pietrus looks like the devil.

.

i think we'll have a much better game this time around, now that nelson's out of the lineup.
nene needs to stay out of foul trouble, and hopefully birdman plays.

I would be so ecstatic if we could finish the first half of our road trip 4-1, everyone will get much needed rest, minus Billups and JR throwing it down.

We will really need Birdman tomorrow to help out with D12, if not I guess we will see some Petro? Johnson is no where near as explosive as Nelson who burned us last time around. We need to get out on the 3 point shooters, last game we did a good job of that until the late 3rd/4th quarter where the hit most of them, and we could never come back.

Let's get it done, GO NUGGETS!

EDIT: Why is this place such a ghost town, when this team is playing so well?

We seem to defend the 3pt line good early, then late in the game, they start making them.

Nelson being out is a huge key. Last time he was getting into the lane at will, so the defense got sucked in a bit....which opened things up for the shooters. That and a bunch of bull fouls on Nenê.

This time around, we wont have to worry as much about containing penetration and can stay out on the shooters more. Hopefully Nenê stays out of foul trouble too, especially if Bird is out.

We haven't won there in 15 years, so it would be a surprise if we happen to pull this one out....but it certainly isn't impossible.

What is there to say when we're winning? Yeah, that is how you do it.

This one could be won inside with Nene. Thing is, this is Nene's redemption song. He has, on a personal level, something to prove that he can compete with the best bigs.

I expect Kenyon to help.

If the refs favor Dwight Howard even half as much as they did Dwyane, he'll foul out in the first half. Why did Wade end up getting the most calls in the NBA? I'd like to be at these league wide game fixing meetings.

Need a big game from Nene, and we need to defend the three point line. Orlando's well rested, which is a little bit of a concern. I'd be very pleasantly surprised if the Nuggets pulled this out.

Every single year we get these b2b's in Miami/Orlando, and every single year we lose to Orlando. Nelson being out helps, but I'm not sure this year will be any different.
As said already, Nene will be key tonight. We can't afford for him to get into foul trouble.

Denver are 10-0 when holding opponents to 90 points or fewer, but it will likely have trouble slowing down the high-powered Magic. Orlando is seventh in the league in scoring (102.8), and is 27-3 when scoring at least 100 points.

Soooo play some defense and we will win the game!!!!
this would be a huge victory for us if we win on back to back nights

"Andersen smacked the floor hard on the Marion foul, spraining his left wrist and bruising his left hip. X-rays were negative and he’s questionable for Wednesday’s game at Orlando"
We need him!!

Vegas sees Orlando as pretty handy favorites. ORL -7.

What a terrible call on that supposed backcourt violation, should of been a easy lay up for J.R. but it was somehow a jumpball? wtf?

Gotta like the first half. Hopefully we don't see a second half letdown. That backcourt was nonsensical.

Yea great half for the Nuggets held them to 29% from the field! :o Come out strong in the 3rd and end this 15 year drought in Orlando.

Solid win. Anytime you hold a team to 30% shooting, you'll have a pretty good chance.
Only 12 mins for Jr thought? wtf. What has Kleiza done lately that proves he deserves any more time.

Return to Denver Nuggets
