Shouldn't they get another forward? I mean. The game isn't important or anything but it would only make sense.

Since Chris bosh (a raptor) was replaced in the allstar game i think its only fair for Jamario moon to replace injured rudy gay during the Dunk compition, its not fair that Rudy and Nate wore offered another chance when their dunks wore no better then moons was last year

Wow. I am flattered by this.. Congratulations to Mo. Should have been in there before but definitely great news for him. We also have Mike Brown as the coach.. Great great news. I am happy for him.

What are you talking about? He is one of the main reasons to our success this year. Obviously you haven't seen any of our games.

Good for Mo. Also good for us in general, other stars might not want to sign with us in the future if it seems as if LBJ gets all the glory no matter what. It's good to have some support players on our team get some shine.

OK he is not really gonna replace CB4. He is not playing the pf, they will move lebron to that spot and put wade at sf.
I dont really think Mos an AS, more like a AS calibur player. He has been having a career year but not an AS year. Really sad Jameer wont get to play, but at least everybody now knows he is an AS, chosen by the coaches as a reserve.
Glad that Mos going to the game, but to me getting voted is is not the same as being a injury replacement. A second one actually. Thats why I respect Al Jefferson. He said that he will not attend an AS game unless he is voted in, not as a replacement. I respect that.

Mo Williams is a good player...But All-Star???. Shows how the east is still weak with star power. He's a good player on a good team. Thats it. His numbers are the same as last year. Go find someone who said he was an all star caliber last year. And I don't like people who say, lets reward the good teams. Because its the All star team for the East...not the elite teams in the east. I'm sure there is not many Cavs fans who wouldn't trade Mo Williams ahead of those All Stars on bad teams (Chris Bosh, Danny Granger).

He wasn't an all star last year, he contributed to a bad team. He has however contributed mightily to a good team this year.

It looks like Ray Allen is injured... I wonder who will be his replacement?

Wow. What happened to him? All these all-stars are getting injured, it's crazy.

Wel thats good he's contributing to ur team, but do u think any other nba fan actually cares wat mo williams has done for ur team? not trying to be an ass or anything, but its the truth. I think fans would much rather watch a guy like Vince Carter compared to Mo williams, due to the excitement factor, and not to mention Carter is the better player as well(I hate Carter btw, just using as an example). All star game is all about the best players in the league all competiting, not role players who have helped their team to success, shure thats great for the Cavs, but are those the type of guys Basketball fans want to see in a show that comes around once a year? I dont think so.

We are currently 40-11. Last year at the all-star break, we were a sad 29-23. The only reason our team has improved it's play and is an elite team in the east is because of Mo and what he brings to this team.

Hyperextended his thumb during the game against New Orleans. Don't know how long he will be out for, but I really doubt he will be in the ASG now. My guess is that Carter will be his replacement.
