Surprised ESPN still feels this should be screamed all over their stations as breaking news. Favre was terrible last year.

Good career favre, weird ending. Have a fun retirement.

So, how long before I should wait before putting in an order for a Favre Vikings jersey?

I'll give it 2 months until he's a Viking. Sadly this makes the Jets a better team, atleast they don't have Pennington anymore.

I'm tentatively setting the over/under at June 17th. It'll be more than two months.

The person in charge of programming at espn must have gotten moist when Mort gave em the call.
What does sportscenter go off the top with tonight? Arod or Farrvra?

hopefully this will be like the boy who cried wolf and no media outlets will pay attention to him.
Sadly it is more likely they will replay last offseason's favre moments again and again

Favre signed his retirement papers, he didn't do that last year. I think this is for real.

I think he actually calls it quits.

He had a nice career and I thought it was time for him to retire. I hope he don't change his mind.

He didn't call Mortensen, Favre called Mr. Cowboy Ed Werder. ESPN first had to get over the shock that Werder didn't have any Cowboys news, then proceeded to wet themselves.
