It's confusing.
I don't know who's telling the truth?????

Never heard of a coach being waived and negotiating a buyout????

Weird!

What a **** mess that organization has turned into. It's no wonder Colangelo left. Robert Sarver reminds me of Thanks Dad Gaston with his frugality, combined with Mark Cuban's meddling. Although Steve Kerr isn't that great of a GM (trading Marion was the beginning of the end, although the move for J-Rich was decent), how he can continue to work when his boss is calling other owners trying to make his own deals is beyond me. Pathetic.

I think we should all thank our lucky stars that we've finally got some decent owners in Beantown.

They should force him to sell the team, what a joke.

Agreed...what a **** organization. No wonder D'Antoni left as well...their window is completely shut and nailed shut...with Shaq sitting on the sill...no opening that baby now!

that's right fellaz, this rumor is all but official. Word is, it will become official after the break. Porter has coached his last game as the PHX head coach. Time to bring in a proven coach!

What a joke of an organization! Two years ago, they were one of the top teams in the league and a major draw at the gate and on TV.

Now they are just another mediocre WC team that will be lucky to crack the playoffs. The Suns should have NEVER traded Marion for Shaq and let D'Antoni walk.

I'm so pissed now because I have to watch the Knicks if I want to see high-octane offense.

Let's hope they buy out Grant Hill too. They are going nowhere anyway.

In all fairness, that team was NOT getting by San Antonio.. D'Antoni is a good regular season coach, but his teams have no shot in the playoffs... And Marion was bitching all the time... They should've shaken things up, but they got Shaq two years too late... I think Kerr really needs to be given the time to build HIS team... Its similar to Ainge rebuilding the Cs because he knew the team had reached it's ceiling... Whether or not Kerr is a success remains to be seen... but it's WAY too early to judge.
