Yeah, I don't see any way they'll trade him now with Bynum down.

Frankly, I'm to the point that I'll be surprised he isn't back this year considering his recent statements, not to mention the fact that he's such a nice insurance for the fact that Bynum has yet to make it through a full season as a starter.

I still wouldn't mind if we could parlay him into a legitimate starter at the 1 or the 3, but you could do a lot worse than plugging a guy like Lamar into the lineup when one of your bigs go down. A hell of a lot worse. Especially as aggressive as he's been lately.

That's always been the key with him. When he attacks, and plays like the power forward he instead of the non-shooting guard he sometimes wants to be, he's a top-shelf player. When he doesn't, he's just wasting minutes that somebody else might be putting to good use.

More like $10-$15M -- once he hits free agency -- a bidding war can push his guaranteed money up quite a bit.
Who is going to get 15 million a year? Lamar? Artest? ..........no.

Simple question? What has Artest done positively for a team since 2003/2004?

Is he willing to come off the bench to start the season and just be plugged in at mid season and straight up ball but still being a team player.

LO is a Laker for life. Especially if we win the Title. I aint gonna lie he's annoying sometimes because he be playin around to much and not attacking. Lamar be having me on the floor laughing with his out of nowhere SMILES and LAUGHS. Especially after i had a couple of drinks. I be like what is Lamar laughing about for no reason. But it be funny as heck. A comedian with b-ball skills. You can't lose that.

I be like dang! you be like ..mos def. for real yo, you drunk?
