Marion Barber if were talking TD numbers.

Julius Jones is the better open-field back.

Lets say Wade Phillips only wants to play one back. The sub is Tyson Thompson. Who then?

i think barber is in a perfect system where he can spell the other guy. not to say he couldnt handle the starter load but the way he runs if he carried the ball 250+ times a year he'd be so banged up and out of the league in 4 years. adrian peterson also runs with that ferocity and tenaciousness where he thrives on contact and likes to hit people. he needs to fix this.

Barber and Jones is a perfect duo as is. They go hand in hand to make one great running game. If I had to pick one, with Tyson as the spell RB. It'd be Marion Barber. Jones/Thompson wouldn't compliment each other well at all, I'd prefer having Jones take the whole load then having a Jones/Thompson duo. A Barber/Thompson duo wouldn't be too bad.

To me it's Barber. He's obviously better in short yardage situations and running between the tackles generally, and also appears to be the superior receiver of the two. So the question is if Jones "big play" ability and outside the tackles running is so much better than Barber's it cancels out the other two. It's arguable, but I think not.
