I prefer nothing be done at all. I still think Rafer & Brooks can hold their own at point. I like the double headed monster defense of Artest + Battier. Let this team gel and let Von Wafer start in Tracy's place. We can still do it..

Mike Miller or VC would make the rest of the team happy due to better lockerroom chemistry AND they can hit shots at a high clip.

You must be one of those people in love with Hinrich.

No, you're wrong, actually I prefer no trade unless is TMac out. Keep the current rosters minus TMac, and see how far the team can go.

If Tmac is really injured and out of the season, no point we trade Artest, Alston and etc to get a player who you think can make him happy. Or you assume when he is happy, he can recover immediately and claim he is ready to BACK after maybe 1 or 2 weeks?

Now the team basically same as last year by Artest replacing Tmac, and considering at least we have a healthy Yao, I still believe this team can perform, especially while someone is out and the team play with good chemistry.

Miller and VC wont just make T-Mac happy, but anyways if it is true about the issues, they do not want that on players back, so since T-Mac is like really untradeable we get rid of Artest. There is more behind the scenes than we know. Could be anyone, but we know the media makes it seem different than it actually is. Plus if you read my post, you would see where I was getting at...

These are the same guys who say Yao's more skilled that every other center in NBA history. What the hell does that mean anyway???

He's not better than Yao, but it's not as though Yao has left him in the dust.

I don't want Amare because the effort he puts into things is proportional to the amount of success his team is having. Yao and McGrady aint gonna give him that sort of motivation so it won't work.

O please... you have got to be kidding... unless your talking about a trade for Yao straight up with Amare... then fine

but what does anyone who likes Yao... have to do with how Amare would fit on this team?

its about how he will play when he is here...

not his stats or if he beat out Yao as rookie of the year...????

and judging by the post already given... you know your answer...

I like Yao but id trade him in a heart beat for Lebron... or make the same trade for Duncan instead of Amare...

but I don't think anyone wants to take Alston anyway, he might be a good bait net year but not now.

Anyway, TMac is in decline, but I believe he can still pass the ball better than anyone on our roster..

so Amare..or VC...I am all for it...get TMac play PG!! (but again, if Ron Ron isn't working....VC??)

well...I used to like him back in Tor anyway...good to see him in hou

Just force TMAC to retire, if he doesn't wanna do it at all, we can send some ninjas from China.

and then, lets get Hinrich!

I guess this will never happen because ninjas are from Japan. :)

Dude, ninja was related to some warriors from China. It was called "Mo Zhe" in China, related to Mozi (Mo Tzu: ca. 490-403 BC) who was China's first true philosopher. The funny thing is that the purpose of training soldiers to become Mo Zhe was to avoid wars between different kingdoms.

Chinese fans are not spitting on TMAC.... they are cursing him in every where. It made some Chinese basketball forums are completely unreadable.

Not to dispute your fact, but I'd believe the intent of it every bit as much as I believe that the arms race was to prevent global disaster and we're in Iraq to promote freedom ;)
Morey 2020.

Q:How are they experts when they're always wrong?
A:Ask a stock market analyst or your financial advisor

It was a joke.
I meant if the Chinese government could get all their citizens together and launch a conceited effort to spit on T-Mac - DROWN him! then he will disappear from the Rockets line-up and payroll. it meant to be a joke like the rest. If we cannot alter the situation, let's just make our lives more colorful and funnier rather than getting all serious and miserable about it.

Too bad we don't have an expiring contract of a non-valuable player to get Carter or Mike Miller, we could give picks, Brooks, Head, Dorsey and the expiring. Artest is an expiring but he is a very valuable player, i don't want to trade him.
