Were the Bobcats not the Lakers, Cavs. Spurs were we need 1 more. We need a really good player. We have tradable pieces and should be looking in the direction of really good players, at least nba players.

Who on our team isn't an nba player?
Cartier Martin looks legit to me. I'm willing to bet James White can do more than Brian Scalabrine.

"We need a really good player?" "We're the Bobcats.....were we need 1 more."
You make it sound like we don't have any good players on this team.
Humble yourself.

How about a trade of Marko Jaric for Nazr? They both have similar contracts and the both expire at the same time. Jaric seems like he would have the size to play the 2 at 6-7. Maybe we could sign Livingston and see if he could be a 2 guard? i doubt it, but who knows...

Yeah I saw that suggested elsewhere, I don't know why Memphis would do it though.

Doubt that would happen either.

Sachmo, I'm as regular a guy as anyone, but your signature is horrible and inappropriate, given the level of abuse in this world. Sorry to offer the editorial comment, but I'd politely request you find a different one.

:o  8-) trade checker 5010928
Felton/Nazr for Crawford/Williams from GS
Char gets 6'5" 2 guard 29 who has played for brown as NYK and 3 point in Williams who knows Okafore from UCONN. Crawford has 2 years left on contract and williams can compete against singeltary for backup point.. winner gets new contract for backup.Crawford can also play poiint in pinch
Golden State gets vet point in Felton they are looking for and vet backup big centerNazr they don't have on roster.
Its trading Nazr salary for crawfords salary basically and then GS signs Felton..

Nick Young would be cool.
I would really like McCants but he is not a 1-2.

I like that deal, as it gives us the combo guard LB covets, but I'm not convinced Crawford could be a full time 2 guard defensively. Even so, this would work at a number of levels, IF WE ARE COMMITTED TO DJ AS OUR FUTURE. That seems to be the problem...as Felton has clearly outplayed DJ at the 1 this season. Granted DJ is a rookie, and can SCORE! But his turnovers and defense have been problematic. But I'd pull the trigger on the deal you've outlined unless we are determined to re-sign Flets to a big $ deal.

I doubt 99% of the things posted on these boards happen lol.

As for why MEM would do it, Nazr would give them a vet big to help their young guys. I believe Darko is the most tenured big guy on that team, and we all know that's not a good thing. We have Juwan to help our young guys along, and he actually plays worth-while minutes. I think it'd be a win-win for both teams. But I do agree it probably won't happen lol.

I see Sachmo changed his sig, but I must say it... is some old white dude backhanding Sasha Vujacic really that big of a deal these days?
