Phoenix Suns guard Jason Richardson has been arrested in Scottsdale after police say he was driving 55 mph above the limit with his unrestrained 3-year-old son in the car.

sorry guys. i know the timing of this sucks. jrich was a model citizen in charlotte. i dont know what the hell happened to him. must be all that sun. makes people do crazy things.

who cares what crime is worse than the other. the point is JRich has broken the law twice in 2 months as a member of the PHX suns. We are the Dallas Cowboys of the NBA. this is pathetic.

Well when "self-defense" constitutes shoving a woman through a wall, I think its hard to rank the 2.

The fact that a child was in the car though pushes it over the top. What is wrong with this guy?

Scottsdale police first clocked Richardson, 27, traveling at 67 mph in a 40 mph zone of the 6500 block of East Camelback Road before the vehicle turned northbound onto 64th Street. Police said that Richardson then reached a speed of 90 mph before being pulled over in the 5400 block of North 64th Street at about 8 p.m.

I have a few family members who are guilty of this daily.

I don't think they were looking for an out to move him

But for me, as much as I want the title, I've always preferred a team of model citizens going 0-82 and opposed to champions who have raps sheets like the early 00s JailBlazers
