Agreed. I think he'll finish out the season and go off to fish.

More than likely we get either Mitchell or Porter to coach as they are familiar names to the front office.

OK, this may sound scary, but if we want a coach that can succeed like Mchale, shouldn't we let him be part of the decision process? Maybe not as he's failed before but what do you guys think? If Mchale really doesn't come back it'll be interesting to see how our coaching vacancy will pan out. We really REALLY can't afford to screw up this time. Will it be one of our current assistants, a first-time nba coach, or someone we all know??

our owner is a billionaire. Just pay whatever it takes to keep McHale as coach. Let's not go into a carousel of retreads (again). He's the right coach for this team, for whatever reason.
