Hawks vs Lakers: Woody got out coached

Hawks were killing the Lakers, then Phil called a time out and made some adjustments. i don't know what he said, but it sure as heck worked.

i think the great coaches make adjustments, something i don't think Woody likes to do.

i understand wanting to rest Bibby, BUT NOT WHEN FLIP IS OUT. if one of your big scorers is out, might as well leave one of your big guns in.

last year in the finals, the Celtics made the Lakers look unathletic. i was hoping Woody would try to do the same, but it was just half court ISO for Joe all game long.

finally, i really don't know what the Hawks are going to do if Joe can hit a three

No surprise there; how many wins do you think Woody is responsible for? I would say maybe a handful. He does make the decisions on who plays.
Don't count on him making adjustments to win a game.

If he left today, would anyone really be upset?

woody got out coached, the players got out played, the owners got out owned. i could go on.

there's a reason the lakers are number 1 and it's not because they stayed at a holiday inn last night. we were supposed to lose that game.
