Well, looks we have no pieces to make a trade, but one option still remains that is trading for player with 2 more years left on contract(going to 2010/11) with Scall/Tony who have one year left. Now that the market is in trouble we could get someone.
Posibilities:
Veteran 3-4 mio contracts
Najera
Dolling
Green(PHI)
Mo Evans
James Jones
Songaila
Stevenson
Azubuike
Out of 8 players, Evans, Green, Dolling and Azubuike are sure not available...I think we could get on of Washington players, Najera from NJN and maybe James Jones from Miami. He has team option in 2010 with 2 mio buyout, and because MIA has 4 sf in Diawara, Moon,Wright and Jones he maybe could be available.
Tony Allen for Stevenson
...both are injured, but Stevenson will be back in a week. Ok he has no 3pt range but is a great defender and better player than Tony.

So why even list Green, Evans and Dooling if they are not available?
Anyway, I like Green, Najera and Dooling. I'm glad you put the (PHI) next to Green's name so people wouldn't think you wanted to bring a certain Green back to Boston.

How? Tony's likely out for the remainder of the regular season and Scalabrine has the concussion concern. Both are damaged goods. Scalabrine might return this week but it doesn't sound as if it's worth feeling optimistic of Tony.

POB, Giddens, Cassell + cash for Damien Wilkins would be great...But since we traded away Cassell it doesn`t work.

Re: 3-4 mio veteran contracts!
Damien Wilkins
6-6
225 lbs
29 years
4 year veteran
Vs.
Tony Allen
6-4
213 lbs
Allen, Giddens for Wilkins
You right, a trade with Casell would work...

This is the most likely scenario. Add Jeff Foster, Nick Collison and MoPete to that list.

I like all three of those guys. I do think trading for Mo Pete might look bad on Ainge considering I think Peterson and Posey are signed to very similiar contracts.

MoPete is one year less just what we wanted to give Posey.
