No kidding. 7 feet and just one ounce of basketball talent (and that's not meant as a knock on the guy; he is what he is) and he's probably made 5-7 million over that period for maybe 30 hours of total actual work (meaning time spent on the court during a game) in 9 or 10 years. Not too shabby that's for sure. I know I'd job swap with him.

NBA is full of softies that are way more talented.

Jake is more than willing to sit on the end of a bench and give 5 hard fouls for his team. GM's with team's that lack grit and toughness see his value.

Marion is a freak athlete and I sure hope he can give us some of that magic again.

After watching this vid once again, I feel bad for Marion because Jose will not do what Nash did in the vid to throw a half court ally op to him. No way Jose will do that, or does Jose knows what ALLY OP IS?! :-?

Idea:

Jose stands at the free throw line and shoot a little higher arcing free throw preceeded with a hand clap.....at that time Marion will shoot up and dunk the "alley-oop."

You better send your idea to Jose's email so he knows what an oop is and how to perform one. Or just tell him to google it and check the wikipedia.

He has the potential to make this team a lot better than it is, he has the ability to plug a lot of holes in our roster. Hopefully, things work out for him here...

It's an alley oop.

Why should Jose change his efficient game to fit a declining player like Marion, anyway?

Jose was running in circles much of the cavs game. Wayyyy efficient! Jose has and always will be over rated.
