No KG Vs. BOS schedule!

Post#1 » by klemen4 » Sat Feb 21, 2009 1:46 pm

KG out could cost us a game or two, so lets look the schedule in next 3 weeks:

Week 1

Sun, Feb 22 / @ Phoenix
Mon, Feb 23 / @ Denver
Wed, Feb 25 / @ LA Clippers

Week 2

Fri, Feb 27 / Indiana
Sun, Mar 1 / Detroit
Wed, Mar 4 / @ New Jersey

Week 3

Fri, Mar 6 / Cleveland
Sun, Mar 8 / Orlando
Wed, Mar 11 / @ Miami

In 13 days Cleveland comes to Boston, by then KG must be ok. The two games against Cleveland and Orlando are a must win if we want to fight for first place in East.
So in next 6 games I think LAC, IND, DET we should win; NJN away will be hard; in PHO we have a chance if we slow down down the tempo. Game in DEN is the hardest of all and probably a loss. I would be ok if we finish 4/2.

Hopefully we can keep Phoenix below 140. Shaq's going to have a field day though on the offensive end. Scala or whoever's on him has to use their speed. They aren't going to move that mountain. We might be able to win the rest of the games before the Cleveland one without KG.

sucks, this team shouldn't have to work this hard in the end stretch.

Add to Magic getting Alston and that puts pressure on us to not get the third seed.. otherwise we could just wait this storm out and be fine with the second seed...

I saw we go 5-4 during these next 9 games w/o KG, or 4-5 at worse

Hopefully we can handle Pheonix without Amare... but yeh, not the easiest run with Detroit, Cleveland and Orlando in there
