Our defense sucks, no doubt about it. Looks like we'll continue to beat average teams and lose against the really good ones. Meh, it's still a hell of a lot better than what we were doing before.

But then you have to make a decision on what to do with Hill/Barbosa and who goes to the bench, Barbs has been awesome starting alongside Nash

Fixed

it may sound far fetched but if you look at all the things that have happened since the stern take over even you will see why i think the way i do.

Hey it is a 32 point game. Maybe without the refs help you could have shaved ten points but you were still whooped on your home floor. Its not like the Suns will magically play defense.

It's called the butterfly effect, one thing leads to another, and don't get me wrong, I don't see us winning the game, push comes to show rondo can just drive it to the lane whenever he wants with our defense, but we were hanging in there until all the BS calls happen.

One thing leads to another, players stop playing as hard because they can't buy a call, unlike the Lakers and Cetics who seem to have an unlimited budget in the buying calls department.

Refs pretty much dominated us today, not the Celtics.

--- I seriously ascribe a lot of our failures today to having run full-tilt for three games prior. You could see guys run out of gas on the court. Even so, and defense being terrible, we looked damn good for several stretches.
I'm not discouraged by this at all.

What's pissing me off is that we're not playing Lou. He's arguably our best defender and second best rebounder. He should be second string and getting at least 20-25mpg. Even with our high offense going small, we're getting killed on the boards. Freakin Weak sauce.

--- he didn't drive the lane and fall on his head. he looked about as good as the rest of the team - just not on their game. At least he's getting some time and experience with the core guys, when Nash goes out for the 2nd quarter and beginning fo the 4th.
i have hope for him.
