^yup. We would add thomas (expiring) as both incentive and to make the salaries work. The protection on the 2010 pick would probably be top 5 protection fyi.

How hilarious would it be if Kenny Thomas became a part getting Chris Bosh to Sacramento

Toronto has to send over their first to makeup for the difference between Thomas and Bosh.

I'm going to quote TI and say you can have whatever you like!

Just not our 1st round draft pick this year, and if at all possible not Kevin Martin either. After that the Roster is yours.

Yeah, thats really the only part that matters - pretty much anyone is available as long as Chris Bosh is resigned (except MAYBE Kevin). And that part of the deal makes this scenario even less likely than it already is.

Bosh cant be re-signed this year. So.....I'd offer Thomas(expiring), Thompson, Houston first MAX.

Bosh's rookie year stats were 11/8 in 31 min. JTs rookie year 10/7 in 26 min. JT has a little better per 36 minute than Bosh in his rookie year. Why do you want a superstar when we already have one? When the Kings traded for CWebb our guy was a 6'5" PF named Corliss Williamson. JT is as good a foundation as CWebb or Bosh. Now would like Bosh, Amare or Villanueva paired with JT? Hell yes. Draft us a stud PG and you have a three ring circus that everyone would watch. But even without those guys we have a very solid core already.

You've got to be kidding me.

If he can't be resigned this year, I won't give them ANYTHING for Bosh. Kenny Thomas exp MAX.

I am happy with or without a trade for them. I just think they would be a little more dynamic pair with JT and one of the superstars. We said the same thing about CWebb he was in the exact same situation he didn't even want to come to Sac and his contract was expiring in a year and no one thought he would re sign here. But I am ok with the guys we have and can be contenders with the foundation we have, I just think we would be our CWebb team good. You just have to gamble sometimes to hit homeruns. It is not that great gamble since if we can't keep him we sign and trade him and get close to what we gave up. We still based on our draft pick for a PG.

Uh, Bosh would be an expiring as well. Would you rather have an expiring Bosh or Kenny THomas? Yeah. It's fine if you don't want Bosh period, but you'd have to part with SOMETHING of value to get Bosh in exchange for KT's expiring.

But thats what I'm saying, I wont give anything up that has value to us because Bosh WOULD walk.

Thomas exp or Bosh exp?
Both have the same value to our future.
We won't win a ship with Bosh or a year.
