At this point? No one, unless he first agreed to an extension.
If he agreed to an extension? Josh Smith + Claxton + 1st.

A trade that involves Josh Smith would probably need to happen and I'm open to it. The most I would be willing to give is Josh Smith, Marvin Williams and Speedy Claxton.

Joe and fillers for him sounds fine to me.

Yeah, he'd need to sign an extension.
I'd certainly trade any one player on our team if he did sign an extension but if that one player was Joe, I'd need a follow-up trade that I felt comfortable with (Josh/Al for a perimeter player, even a guy like Redd).

Like everyone else said no one unless he agreed to an extension.
If he did, then something along Smith+fillers (and possibly a first).
I wouldn't trade Joe for him because a lineup of Bibby/Marvin/Smith/Horford/Bosh isn't nice at all.

Re: Who would you Trade for Bosh?
I don't think I would offer enough to get him. The problem being he plays PF, so unless you plan to play him at C you still have the too many PFs situation. He'd be an offensive upgrade to Josh Smith, but once you take away another player like Marvin to complete the trade are we actually better? If you send Smith and Horford, aren't we too thin up front to seriously compete?
If I believed a Bosh/Horford front line works, then I'd offer Smith and Marvin and go after a cheaper SF in free agency (Matt Barnes or Travis Outlaw), if he can opt out not sure on his contract). In the draft, I'd make sure I secured a beefy space-eater to back up on the front line (probably in the 2nd round).

As said in another thread, I'd do a Smith+Al for a Bosh+Jose if we could also do a pick swap. Then I'd see what I could do as far as either drafting a good C with our high 1st or drafting a new SF with our high first and swinging Marv to a new team in a deal for a starting Caliber C. Not necessarilly a great one, but one that can defend the big guys that Bosh can't handle. That team probably wouldn't be competitive next season, but when our new wing/C was a sophmore, maybe we'd be ready to rock.
The new lineup's skeleton would look like this:
Jose
Joe
New Wing (or Marv)
Bosh
New C (either return from Marv or drafted)

That's why I have said that it needs to be clear whether or not he's set on being a starting 4. I feel Al needs to be a 4 and his numbers would dramatically improve. I'm not as worried about Chris signing an extension, as I am about him being a four, or five, because I feel ultimately he would sign an extension if the ASG/Sund didn't try to low ball him. We all know he's going to receive a max offer.
We seem to be on the same page.

It makes good sense for Orlando who have a C and play a SF a lot at PF. I doubt they could land him in trade, but it's an interesting offer if Bosh lets Toronto know that he is going to walk away at the end of next season.
