Pacer Poster of the Month - February 2009

Post#1 » by xxSnEaKyPxx » Thu Feb 26, 2009 2:20 am

VOTES WILL NOT COUNT UNLESS EXPLAINED!
Vote for the guy that you feel contributed the most to the board during the month of February, there is no way to make the vote public, so post who you voted for with a brief explanation as to why you voted for that person. As the winner of Pacer Poster of the Month for January 2009, Miller4Ever will not be eligable to win for this month. You are allowed to vote for yourself if you chose, just explain why. The 10th option is "Other" please explain your vote if you chose that. Keep in mind, I can only post 9 people, so please don't be offended if you aren't on the original list, you can still receive votes through the "Other" selection.

Grang33r will be getting my vote this week, though chatard5 is a close second with his introduction of Conan into the gamethreads. Gremz is right behind him.

EDIT: Should we nullify votes if people don't explain them?

Miller5ever....?
count56....?
Obama....?

I actually am going for cdash, because he has been a rock, although Grang33r pissed off JJSG enough to have him never post here again. cdash has been active and has contributed to nearly every topic, and he's had a good track record. I'd say Grang33r is really close behind, and gremz/DGrangeRx33/chatard5 get the secondary mentions.

I am going to vote for cdash. He was very active, and I may be mistaken, but I believe he brought up ShamWOW! M4E did great again, same with Grang33r, gremz, and the guy who doesn't give himself enough credit: DGrangeRx33. And that chatard5 character is hilarious and awesome.

I voted chatard. He contributes to everything and is pretty comical and entertaining in his posts, while at the same time making good points. His GDT cherry was popped in fine fashion (something I am planning to do upon my return to civilization). Most importantly though, he changed his name back to chatard, the name we all know and love him by.

Unfortunately though, I cannot take credit for bringing up the ShamWOW. atlbraves said "shamwow" at the beginning of one of his posts, and I ran with it because this is something I needed to get off my chest.

chatard5. Quite simple really, he changed his name back from GoPacers733 and we all seem to like him again. :D

cdash, maybe you didn't bring up shamwow, but you brought a lot of good info to that topic. Also gremz, I must give you props for that cricket lesson. After reading for like 30 seconds I was fast asleep and got a great nap in. :D I am sorry, I couldn't resist. If I ever go to Australia I will look into going to a cricket game. If the game could last hours upon hours, then I don't know if it's for me. I am not a fan of soccer, but I always thought it'd be a lot of fun to go to a soccer game somewhere in Europe.

Thank you both for the votes, much appreciated. Who knew you could get votes for changing your username, having people say they don't like the new one, and then changing back to the old name could get you votes? Hey, works for me! Also, thanks to the mystery 3rd voter I had. I understand that you don't want to make it public, I can't say I blame you.

We have 1 uncounted vote for Grang33r, 3 of TJ, 1 for Dunthreevy, and 1 for Chatard....if you want your vote to count, own up to it. From now on there will not be a poll for PotM.

"I want da gold. Give me da gold! I want the gold."-chatard5

I know it's old, but it's great.

"He could be a crackhead!"-chatard5 talking about the other nominees

chatard5 doesn't know why chatard5 is typing in 3rd person... Maybe chatard5 shouldn't be talking about crackheads.

"Who else see the leprechaun say YEAH!"-M4E

"He's casting a shadow, from the other limb."-grang33r

"Yeah it's still on there. Don't be afraid. Don't be afraid!"-cdash

"This is a special leprechaun flute, which has been passed on from thousands of years ago from my great-great-grandfather who was Irish."-gremz/dgrangerx33

Yeah, it is great. I can't believe they put that on the news. And it's one of those things that at first it's funny, but then you watch it more and hear what other people say and it gets more and more funny.

How can I put this without having it deleted...

There is a certain substance that you can inhale in your body which temporarily alters your state of mind. If you are under the influence of said substance, that video becomes 150 times funnier.
