A lottery pick would be great but knowing Kerr's drafting record...

DJ Strawberry (Out of the league)
Alando Tucker (Bum)
Robin Lopez (Worst pick in the top 25 in last years draft)
Goran Dragic (Homeless mans Beno Udrih)

Yeah doesn't look to great but I'd probally still take the lottery pick...

As for the draft it isn't that bad, this one doesn't look like it has any franchise players in but alot of solid player are in that can help the Suns...

people cant judge lopez and dragic yet and tucker to me has the talent but needs the minutes

personally, ive started wondering about dropping the season and hoping for a good pick, but i say we just play it out and see what happens

No point tanking. Even if we don't make playoffs, with our winning percentage it probably won't net us a top 12 pick and considering how weak the draft is, there really is no point.

I don't know about tank, but I thik since we have no pick next year, it would be good to get a higher pick this year. I also agree with SDU except on dragic. I do not think he will be as good ask kerr thinks he will be

meh, like others have said its kind of pointless considering we wouldnt get a top 10 pick, however I think theyll trade Shaqs huge expiring for some picks next year because we dont have any.

--- given that everyone says this is a weak draft, they may be inclined to deal picks away and we may find some gems in there. While there's no one outside Griffin that seems to be a consensus beast, there's still a lot of talent.

What's the point of getting into the playoff when Amare is not going to be there(apparantly, he needs 2nd eyes surgery and likely will not return for the rest of the season); we will not get into the 2nd round without him. Playoff is no joke.

Pffft tank for what? Sarver's cheap ass will make sure Kerr's dumb ass trades those picks away for bench warmers and some money. Dont even bother.
Yeah, I said it.

All these tanking threads keep coming up. If you can honestly tell me you want to turn on that TV tonight and watch the Suns purposely lose the game, I can suggest some other teams you should follow instead. As a TRUE fan, if there was even ONE PLAY where I thought someone intentionally screwed up or didn't try, I would question my team's ability to operate as an entertainment franchise.

Yeah, it sucks Amar'e is hurt but you know what? If we tank this season, we should tank the next 3-5 seasons because we would essentially be throwing Nash, Shaq and Hill out the window so we would need to acquire a starting PG, SF and C, then develop them to the point where the PG was a 2 time MVP, the SF was the best value in the league and the C was dominant in the paint. I'll modify what I said - we would actually need to tank the next 5-8 seasons.

So it only took us 1 year to forget what happen to the 2007-2008 Heats - they tanked. And what happen to them now ? A solid playoff team with a promising No.2 pick of last year draft. I just can't stand pplz fighting meaningless battle just cuz they cannot accept and adapt to the facts. No wonder American soliders are still now fighting a war in middle east. We don't lose intentionally for the sake of losing; we tank for the future of the franchise. But I do think tanking is very unlikely for this team, too much ego to let go. Either way, I still hope SUNS will get back up there to the group of title contenders very soon. :D Excuse me for my poor English.

You want a team that has Steve Nash, Shaquille O'Neal, Grant Hill, Leandro Barbosa, Jason Richardson to tank... wtf?

Unreal isn't it, they want the team to give up rather than step up, what a bunch of quitters........

This makes no sense. Maybe you shouldn't comment on our military operations and degrading the efforts of the men and women who keep my country safe.
