Haynesworth to the Skins: 7 Years, $100 Million

No surprise. I would have loved him but... let him flame out in Washington.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Redskins apparently haven't learned anything. Hayensworth...eh. But Hall is terrible.

I disagree. All of massive spending Snyder has done has led to numerous titles and deep playoff runs... nevermind.

Remember that offseason where the redskins offseason of spending began like a decade ago and everyone thought they were gonna just be a dynasty? Have they not learned anything, I mean I guess if your goal is to split with Dallas every year then moves like this are great but overspending on vet FA's every offseason is not healthy for any franchise

A No Brainer - as in Snyder must have NO brain.

Its too bad for NFL that a few owners inflate salaries into realm of absurd.
Cannot blame TT for not participating in this insanity.
I had mild hope for Canty but no chance.

Titans | To seek tampering evidence against Washington
Sat, 07 Mar 2009 07:17:06 -0800

Jim Wyatt, of The Tennessean, reports the Tennessee Titans are interested in pursuing tampering charges against the Washington Redskins, who agreed to terms with DL Albert Haynesworth just five hours into the NFL's free agency period. It remains to be seen whether the Titans will be able to come up with enough evidence against the Redskins to make a good case to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell. When asked if the Redskins tampered, Haynesworth said, "I don't think so. Yeah, (agent) Chad (Speck) told me he met with the Redskins at the combine, but they were talking about Malcolm (Kelly) and how he could become the next Andre Johnson and stuff like that. … All I know is the Redskins called my agent at 11:04 Nashville time and they started negotiating then. They weren't anywhere close in the first couple of hours and then they got serious. Chad worked the deal then and it worked out." Earlier this week the Titans didn't rule out the possibility of pursuing tampering charges against the Redskins. "We were interested in signing Albert," general manager Mike Reinfeldt said. "It's always something we can address with the league.''
