Marbury and Garnett finally reunited? What? The Celts will be even more potent this year. Steph is in my opinion one of the best penetrators in the game; you add a couple of sharp shooters like Ray and House; a couple of athletic bigs like Perkins, Powe and Mikki who can finish around the rims; and a deadly Forward like Pierce, it will be beautiful to watch.

Knicks fan here. I'm one of the few Marbury supporters left and I just think hes a great addition to your team.. probably exactly what the team needs for a repeat. I think hes going to surprise a lot of you too..the dude can still ball and he came into camp this season in the best shape of his life. I cant wait to see Marbury play for a good team for the first time in his career.

I think its a lock that he'll be playing over 20 mpg by the time the playoffs hit...he's got a guaranteed 12-18 mpg behind Rondo, based off how much Doc has used him thus far - after that, he'll have to pick up the system and provide SG minutes. At that point he has to beat out some pretty slim competition to earn an additional 10+ minutes at the 2.

I'm sure he'll be patient in getting to that point, but lets be real - Marbury is an All Star caliber talent and certainly becomes one of the 5 best players on this team the minute he puts on the jersey - he has to EARN the time by applying his skill to the system, but I believe he will...

Didn't Marbury call Eddie House a "garbage player"? I wonder how they will reconcile that...

He called House a bum over a year ago when they were playing against each other so, I'm sure they will be fine. I'm just so happy about this move because Steph still has got the talent, we can have a guy handle the ball when Rondo is on the bench and we can add some offense off the bench. I didn't think about Steph getting some time at the two, but he really is an around better complete player than Eddie House. Still if House is on, you gotta have him out there. The 2nd unit could look like Marbury, House, Allen (hurt so Walker I assume) and Moore. Marbury can work with the first unit two, so we are set for scoring off the bench

You can tell that he is just soaking in everything that Garnett, Paul, Ray, and Doc are telling him. Seems like he's already on the company line.

He seems to be on the right page, and just wants to play and compete for a championship. I can't wait to see Marbury play.
