Depends on who you're gonna drop. But generally hell yes.

Just remember that he'll be back only in 2 to 3 weeks

Holy crap, what was i on. Ginoblie wtf.

It's a playoff league and I'm about guaranteed playoffs so I figure why not. I'm just wondering how much he'll play before the real playoffs.

If things go right, he'll be back in prime form just in time for the last few weeks of the season, aka the fantasy playoffs.

Okay, he's on waivers, if I make a claim can other teams see I made a claim to get him usually? I'm pretty far down on the waiver order. If so, I might just wait until tomorrow when he becomes a regular FA.

no. get your claim in now.

1) what else are you gonna use your waiver on?
2) if you wait till he clears waivers and becomes a fa, you risk someone else lower than you on waiver priority nabbing him while you wait.

Manu is coming back in 2 weeks at the latest. Looking like it'll be sooner. It's too late in the season to be worried about preserving waiver priority, especially if you don't have good waiver priority to begin with.

I like Manu too, because the Spurs may play meaningful games at the end of the season for home court in the first round. In that case he won't be getting his minutes cut like other players.
