Excited to Stephon Marbury play, I also want to see if Pierce is effected at all by the multiple dislocations of the thumb. If the Pacers have beaten us before this year, why won't they beat us again? This is gonna be an interesting game

It's cuz we play better at home and usually catch teams by surprise. Unfortunately, the Pacers suck on the road and we don't have Granger or Dunleavy. :(

I was wondering why this was temporarily locked.

BTW, I just saw Scottie Pipen on ESPN, and he said he could play 1 game a week. That's all we need against LeBron in the playoffs!

We should drop Pruitt for him!11!!

That said, glad to see the shooting version of Pierce [Granger] isn't playing tonight. Just think, years from now him and Pierce can exchange stories of how they got their teeth knocked out in game!!!11

Hopefully the game is a blowout so we can see a lot of Marbury and what he has left.

Marbury will almost surely play. Pruitt has been suspended for two games. The team is shorthanded.

(It seems like every team is banged up right now.)

Marbury on the celtics, Vrabel not a patriot. WHAT THE BLEEP IS GOING ON.

:onfire:

Anyway, I am going to this game, I will try and take some low res photos on my phone, ha. Here's hoping for a C's win and a marbury sighting on the court!

Thoughts on the game:

This is a interesting intro match up for Marbury. He might be going against super speedy TJ Ford who came off the bench in the last game. (You haven't played in over a year. Here, go chase the second fastest guy in the league.)

On the other hand Troy Murphy is exactly the type of deep shooting tall guy that MIkki Moore was brought in to check.

Indy is thin at the wing with Granger and Dunleavy out.

Key to the game: Give Marbury a number and learn it. (employee #8)

I never thought the expectation to see Marblebury in green would excite the hell out of me. But his skill are very valuable to this team and if someone has the chance to redeem his career on my beloved Celtics, I'm always touched :)

We can't underestimate Danny Granger, that kids a badass mofo. C's have to take this one after letting an easy one get away against the Clips.

Granger is out for another couple of weeks. Whenever any team plays the Pacers...it's either a very close game ( cuz the Team puts up alot of points ) or ( more then likely ) it's a blowout ( cuz the perimeter defense sucks ). I guarantee that Allen and/or House gets season highs this game against the Pacers :banghead: . They will probably set a season high # of 3ptFGM.

I am really excited to see Marbury in green :)

We needed a boost off the bench and I really like the signings of Moore and Stephon. Plus, we really have problems with injuries, so they arrive at the best moment.

Let's beat the Pacers!

NBA TV does Live Look-ins so you might get lucky and catch one where they check in on the C's.
