I thought he was going to sign this morning at 10 and have a new conference....

must still be taking his physical... hopefully there aren't any issues there a la tyson chandler etc

I guess Toine won't be signing with us. That's alright as long as someone else is going to be brought in instead. Bottomline though this is Marbury's night and he deserves a good reception from the crowd.

Knicks/Marbury fan here. Im really excited that marbs is now offically a celtic. I really want to see the boston game tonight..but I dont get boston games.. I have direct TV and boston games show on CSNE. Does anyone know how I can watch the game? Can someone stream it or something...i would really appreciate it.

MIN fans are mixed, since Marbury remains the most hated guy in team history. As you may recall, when he was asked to wear a suit, he blamed it on the lack of ethnic diversity in Minnesota, and wearing a suit would hurt his street cred, since he was jealous Iverson was drafted first. Marbury famously said that he and KG were "Batman and Robin" but only Marbury thought that Steph was Batman. He demanded a trade from MIN because he was angry he wasn't going to get a contract as big .. or bigger .. than Garnett -- incidentally, the biggest contract in NBA history.

Anyway, I thought you guys might be interested in this thread from the MIN Boards titled ..
